Ross Jeffries was one of the originators of the dating advice community for gents online, but I think he is now out of date and as compared to writers such as Mr. L. Rx, David Deangelo, and Mystery his ideas are less effective in general. Some of his ideas and tactics work, but others are controversial, and a few have the impression of a complete fraud.
Jeffries book "How To Get The Women You Desire into Bed" can be believed to be old, timeless, rubbish, and inspiring all simultaneously.

I feel that the overall issue with Ross's work is that it is basically useful for some select personalities of guys (guys who have weak self confidence for example might love his work) and for certain select attitude type of girls (like gamers and manipulating women) It is not going to be effective on all ladies so to the degree he shows this is how you handle women - his tactics are a bunk.
On the whole there is some workability but not a lot. Not apt for everyone. So we will assign him a 4 on the scam-o-meter.
